vs 10 An oracle is on the lips of a king; his mouth does not sin in judgment.
vs 33 The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the Lord.
Application
Proverbs 14-16 continues with wisdom sayings. These chapters don’t technically have a theme except for the overarching theme of shaping a wise person. Instead of asking what the application of each chapter is, ask, “What kind of person is Chapter X training me to become?”
